This document is an official proposal (public offer) to enter into a retail sale contract for honey by remote means via the VRNHoney website.

Buyer — any legally capable individual who places an order on the website.
Acceptance of the offer is placing an order and/or paying for an order. From the moment of acceptance, the contract is deemed concluded on the terms of this offer.
The subject of the contract is natural honey and related goods listed in the website catalog, in the selected quantity and at the price effective at the time of ordering.
Description, weight and availability are shown on the product page. Appearance may differ slightly from photographs.
Product prices are shown in Russian rubles on the website. Payment is made online via the YooKassa payment service.
Shipping cost is not included in the online payment amount unless explicitly stated at checkout. Shipping is calculated after the order and shared separately — usually at a CDEK or other carrier rate. Shipping may be paid on delivery or separately by agreement.
To place an order, the Buyer provides last name, first name, patronymic, phone, postal code, delivery address and other required details.
An order is accepted after it is successfully created in the Seller’s system. Payment status is shown in the personal account.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer by the Seller and/or delivery services (including CDEK).
Delivery times and cost depend on the address and method and are communicated after the order. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon transfer of the goods to the Buyer or carrier.
Claims regarding quantity, completeness and obvious defects are accepted upon receipt or immediately after discovery.
Food products of proper quality, including honey, are generally not subject to return or exchange under Russian law, except where goods of improper quality were sold.
For returns and claims, the Buyer contacts the Seller using the details in section 1.
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to processing of personal data needed to perform the contract: full name, phone, address, email, order and payment details.
Data is used for communication, delivery, payment and the Seller’s obligations and is not shared with third parties except as needed for delivery and payment (carriers, payment service).
The Seller may change the offer by publishing a new version on the website. For already placed orders, the terms in force at acceptance apply.
In all matters not covered by this offer, the Parties are guided by the laws of the Russian Federation.
